MANILA, Philippines — Finland’s employment minister Arto Satonen will visit the Philippines from Jan. 16 to Jan. 18 to explore opportunities for deeper cooperation and promote career prospects in Helsinki for Filipino talents in technology, industry and health care.

Satonen will be accompanied by a delegation of stakeholders from cities, businesses, educational institutions and labor market organizations, including Helsinki Mayor Juhana Vartiainen.

The 1,000-foot (300-meter) M/V Dali collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26, killing six road workers and blocking the busy shipping channel.
