MANILA, Philippines — A fire hit a moving car along the northbound lane of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) near the Ortigas flyover, the Quezon City Fire District said on Sunday.

In a phone interview with INQUIRER.net, officers from the Quezon City Fire District confirmed that firefighters responded to calls about a vehicle that burned down as it was moving along the major thoroughfare.

The fire started at 9:12 p.m., officers said.

Videos posted on social media showed the car, which appeared to be a hatchback, still moving as flames was coming out from the vehicle’s under chassis.

Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire.

The workshops that started September 9 are reviewing and deliberating policies by NEP-IAC’s Subcommittee 2 led by the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) and Subcommittee 5 headed by the DOE.
